General Foods provides contract chocolate coating and enrobing services from our Keilor facility in Melbourne. We apply chocolate to your product at scale, whether that is a full enrobe, a partial dip, or a drizzle finish across bars, balls, clusters, or bites.

We work with brand owners and product developers to match coating weight, chocolate type, and finish to your product brief. Dairy-free, vegan, and no-added-sugar chocolate options are available across all formats.

Once the formula is locked, we move into full production. Every batch is produced under SQF Level 3 conditions with full traceability and quality checks at every stage of the line.

Packaging and dispatch

Finished product is packed to your specification, whether that's retail-ready primary packaging or bulk formats for further processing. We coordinate dispatch directly to your warehouse or 3PL.

Compatible with all snack formats

Our enrobing lines handle a wide range of product formats. Protein bars, protein balls, clustered bars, rice crisp bites, and whole food snacks can all be chocolate coated or dipped at our Keilor facility.

We can work from your existing product or coat formats we manufacture in-house. Coating weight, tempering profile, and set conditions are all adjustable to suit your product requirements and shelf life targets.

Chocolate type, coating weight, and dietary certification requirements are confirmed at brief stage. We can provide nutritional panels reflecting the coated finished product and advise on FSANZ labelling for chocolate content claims.
