Once the formula is locked, we move into full production. Every batch is produced under SQF Level 3 conditions with full traceability and quality checks at every stage of the line.

Packaging and dispatch

Finished product is packed to your specification, whether that's retail-ready primary packaging or bulk formats for further processing. We coordinate dispatch directly to your warehouse or 3PL.

We work from your brief or help you build one. Fill weight, texture, viscosity, packaging format, and dietary requirements are all variables we can work with. Our team has experience across nut butters, functional blends, protein spreads, and dessert spreads.

We fill across four product types: nut butters, functional blends, protein spreads, and dessert spreads. We can fill your supplied product or develop a formulation in-house. Sample runs are available before committing to full production. Dairy-free, vegan, high-protein, and no-added-sugar options are available across all filling formats.

Target fill weight, texture profile, viscosity, and dietary requirements are confirmed at brief stage. We formulate to meet FSANZ labelling requirements and provide full nutritional panels for each product.
